Its been a while

Well Blogspot, I decided to come back to you.

I realized how much I used to blog and its made me sad that I've stopped typing. Well as far as traveling, this is what is in store for me for the next year.

Spring Break '10 -- I hope to go to South Korea! Yes. You heard me, South Korea. I am almost done with my application to study abroad over the break. It is about a week and a half long (12 days) and I hopefully will get in!

Summer '10/ Winter Break '10 -- Well plans are a little up in the air, but I am going to Italy and Mexico before the year is up. Either in the summer or the break, it is just depending on financial situations.

Side Note --> Why am I going to Italy?
Well let me tell you!! my Great Grandfather came to the United States in the early 1900's and he never gave up his Italian citizenship. Because of this my father and my brothers and I can all apply to be Italian citizens because he never gave up his citizenship. My brother Keith has been collecting all the required paperwork, which is a lot of things, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, everything. We have to go to Seattle in a few weeks to go get all the copies made of everything we need then we will be set. We are planning on going to Italy either over the summer or during winter break to go become Italian and EU citizens. Which means that we can live anywhere in the European Union. I am so excited for this because not only will I be a duel-citizen, but I can live and work basically anywhere in Europe and get out of the United States!

I am really excited for all my new travels. After last summer, I really realized how much world there is out there and how much I want to go see and explore. I love just exploring new cultures and seeing new amazing sights. Last summer, Mexico was really a highlight. I did so many amazing things, climbing countless pyramids, going to museums, being totally emerged in another culture, living simply, bartering, being the only white girl anywhere lol, swimming, just relaxing and enjoying life. And England/Ireland/Scotland, just going to all the castles, eating new foods, going out to nightlife, seeing the airshow, and of course the wedding. All of it opened my eyes and I m not going to stop now. While I am young and free of responsibilities, I will never pass up an opportunity to see new things. I am using all my school breaks as a opportunity to see, explore, grow, and learn. That will never ever stop.
